Shipping Timeline

Please note that shipping timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Order Processing: We prepare and dispatch most orders within 24–48 business hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Order Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders — the shipping cost is included in your product price.
  • Express Priority Shipping: Available at no additional charge. Upgrade to our Express Priority service for faster dispatch and a premium delivery experience, with most orders arriving within 3 business days. Ideal when you need your Eveema essentials in a hurry.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your unique tracking number. You may use this to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team. We will look into it immediately and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
