Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Eveema, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing helloeveema@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Prepaid orders are dispatched on priority and cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Orders placed using discount codes or promotional offers are final and not eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us at helloeveema@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary by 2–3 additional business days depending on your payment provider.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), since no original payment method exists to refund to, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide us.
We stand behind our patches. If you purchased from www.eveema.com and are not satisfied after consistent use, contact us. To be eligible, you must have used the patches consistently as directed on the product packaging — applied at the recommended frequency, for the prescribed duration, and for the intended use case (e.g., regular nose/pore application as instructed) — and provide your order number, photo proof of the product, and return any unused patches along with the original packaging. This applies to all orders, including bundle or promotional offers.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
Change of mind after delivery, products fully consumed without meeting the consistent-use criteria above, requests made beyond the policy window, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
