Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eveema is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Due to the intimate, personal-use nature of our skincare products and in adherence to the highest hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used. We do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.


Returns

You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@eveema.com 

Please make sure all returned items are in their original packaging, and clearly mark the Return ID number on the outside of the package.

For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered), a 35% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring that every customer receives brand-new products.

Return Shipping Costs: In cases where a return is approved by us on grounds of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Eveema will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong item ordered), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.


Replacement or Refund Eligibility

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll gladly replace it with the same item. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

A refund will be considered solely in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives physically damaged, broken, or in a compromised condition.
  • Missing items from your order.

To be eligible, your request must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window will not be considered.

When raising a request, please provide the following details:

  1. Order ID
  2. Full Name
  3. Email Address
  4. Reason for refund or replacement
  5. Clear photos or videos of the product

No support request will be processed without the above mentioned details.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24–48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

For prepaid orders (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking), refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. If the amount is not reflecting in your account after 7 working days, please contact your bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by you at the time of raising the request. Please allow 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect.
